A time-of-service discount is provided for patients who are not covered by insurance. Rates for visits vary depending on length and complexity, please call the clinic for more information. Low-income discounts are available, inquire with the front desk for details. Some services are not covered by all insurance plans, including biofeedback & hydrotherapy, an additional non-covered service fee is charged for these treatments.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine is available for remote visits, through a HIPAA secure video & audio platform available through the Charm patient portal. These services are available through most insurance plans and the cash pricing rate. Appointments can be booked online for established patients, new patients should call the clinic to schedule, 206-402-3174.
